With the further development of compulsory education,the fairness of compulsory education begins to be our focus.The sign for teaching activities in the chance in which every student could have equal access to education and its resoures.However,it is not true.During today's class teaching,there are still some neglected“marginalized group”,whose existences are against the principles of education frirness.The “marginalized group”situation,in which the students stay,will have a innegligible,negative influence on their physical and mental development.It will directly lead to the problem “marginalized group”generate“maeginalized seats”,waiting to be solved in the compulsory education practice.This study is focus on“marginalized seats”.The detailed contents are involved in folling five parts:The first part mainly demonstrates the problem I will study.Being based on“marginalized seats”.“marginalized group”and teacher--student interaction and aming at the teacher--sudent interaction at home and abroad performance,and the reasons for the difference between the frequencies.I summarize the influence on“marginalized group”and its strategies.In the second part,I observe the “marginalized seats”and “marginalized group”in today's compulsory education teaching.552 students in 12 classes from 5 middle and primary school are chosen as the research objects.By means of classroom observation and interview,on the basis of data collection,sorting and analysis.I observe the impact of seat space position on teacher--student interaction frequency.The studies show that,the differences of the teacher-student interaction frequency in different seat space exist widely in various kinds of schools,and only the difference varies separately.In other words,There widely exists “inneglinible marginalized group”,during the compulsory education teaching.In the third part,I analyze the influence on which teachers' ignorance to “marginalized group”.Depending on the time span,the syidy will divide its effects into two parts,immediate effects and delay effects.The teachers' ignorance leads to their attention lackness,cognitive and emotional stimulation shortage,study motive decreasing,bad learning state,lower achievement,wrong self--accessment and certain influence on social developmet.In the forth part,I will explain the reasons for teachers' ignorance to the “marginalized group”.Specifically speaking,the restrictions on the teacher's evaluation criteria,education philosopy and material conditions to some extent causes the phenomena that“marginalized seats” first turns out and then “marginalized group”.Besides,the personalities,study styles and self will may be the key factors.The fifth part mainly talks about the proposal how to make“marginalized group ”turn the edge to the center.This paper thinks that teachers should aware them exsit clearly,update the teacher education concept,change the way to family education,and most important is that “marginalized group”must awaken their self--awareness,only in these ways we can achieve“marginalized group”shift from quantity to equlity and leap.
