In recent years, due to education informationization and the new curriculum reform promote comprehensively, information technology education is highlighted increasingly in primary and secondary school education and even in secondary vocational technical education. In the school,information technology teachers is not only related to information technology course, but also shoulder the coalesce of IT and objets and the task of school education informatization. Thus, information technology teachers’ living conditions will affect an improvement of students’ information literacy seriously、influence the school and even the national education informatization successfully, and become the pioneer in education informationization. However, with the education informationization promote vigorously in the domestic,hardware facilities which are related to IT education improved greatly, but the development of information technology education’s software or latent, and the overall effect of the information technology education is far from to keep up with the pace of development of hardware:discipline is divided into "non-mainstream" artificially, regular chasses were often misappropriate, teachers’ tasks heavy and miscellaneous, professional evaluation is difficult than other subject teachers, information technology teachers is short of voice in the most of the work on the education or teaching decision-making, the management and assessment on information technology teachers is lack of system guarantee in the school, etc.; All in all, information technology teachers not under the attention it deserves and are in marginal living state,it will influence the development of the school IT education seriously,affect the steady and rapid development of national education informatization seriously.This study takes information technology teachers in shaanxi province as the research object, based on the theory of ecology of education and teacher professional development and so on, information technology teachers in shaanxi province was marginalized condition to carry on the investigation and study, in order to the better development of northwest area middle and primary school information technology teachers provide reference Suggestions, to improve the survival state of the information technology teachers, and promote their professional development. Among them, this study focuses on several aspects, one is information technology teachers typically marginalized status of living level and the overall situation; the second is information technology teachers marginalized existence of variance analysis, three from the results of the survey analysis due to the influence the information technology teachers marginalized existence the main influencing factors, finally embarking from the education ecology research train of thought and basic principle, it’s find some strategy of the marginalized living conditions for information technology teachers.Based on the above research idea has formed six major parts of this paper. The first part is introduction, mainly introduced the research background, purpose and significance of this paper, the research category of definition and research review, research ideas and methods. The second part is the study of the concept of the definition and theoretical basis, mainly for paper core concept:education ecology, ecosystem, marginalised and living condition is defined, this paper introduces the education ecology and the theory of teacher professional development. Marginalized the third part is the information technology teachers survival present situation investigation and results analysis, mainly researches on the information technology teachers in shaanxi province as investigation object, including the research process and methods of the main problems, the research design and revision, the initial questionnaire and study the results and discussion. Marginalisation of the fourth part is the information technology teachers’ living conditions, analysis of the causes of the influence factors and from the perspective of ecology research, combined with the results of the survey, mainly from the ecological subject itself, school environment and social environment three aspects analysis to information technology teachers’ factors affecting the survival status of marginalization. The fifth part is under the ecology Angle of view of information technology teachers to "marginal" survival strategy, according to the analysis of the causes of the fourth part, this part also from ecological subject itself, school environment and social environment three aspects proposed the information technology teachers to "marginal" survival strategies. The sixth part is the conclusion and reflection, mainly including the conclusion of this study, research, reflection and the further research direction and the main problems.The conclusion of this study is:in general, the information technology teachers marginalized existence is widespread, and in the condition of three dimensions, information technology teacher’s ecological subject itself relatively is optimistic, living condition of material living condition and spiritual survival marginalized are more severe; Differences, the different local information technology teachers’ living conditions exist significant differences in dimension of ecological subject itself; Based on the theoretical basis and the results of the survey, information technology teachers marginalized existence itself from the major influencing factors of ecological subject, school environment, social environment three aspects to consider; embarking from the education ecology research train of thought and basic principle, it’s find some strategies of the marginalized living conditions for information technology teachers.
