Theoretical Research On The Team Management Of University High-level Basketball Team

Management is a practical activity in human society. With the development of university high-level basketball sports, there are some problems in the government of university high-level basketball team and lack the scientific the management to the main body the athlete. The athlete training level not only affect the university tiptop competition level but decide weather the university can send the high standard talent to our country basketball project. So the scientific and management with human-center in university high-level basketball team is meaningful to our county basketball sport and cultivating the talent. In this paper the author adopt some study ways including taking to reference, interviewing the experts, sending the questionnaire and some study methods such as the Delphi Method, the analytic hierarchy method and counting statistic method to have a academic study on the university high level basketball team management status. By way of taking to the reference, interviewing the experts and sending the questionnaire, I find there are several problems in university high level basketball team management status such as the ossification in university high-level administration management system, objurgating the channel of communication, low cohesion and morale in basketball team and interrelated stuff, ineffective utilizing the cooperation and completion. Recently I want to direct the group management theory to China university high-level basketball team management and offer the new idea on university high-level basketball tea management according to the aim and status of university high-level basketball team. To the problem there are information communication obstacles in university high-level basketball teams, the author put forward assume that building none communication-obstacle university high level basketball team and flat and independent communication cannel. The author focus on the university high-level basketball team's cohesion that was ignored before. According to the result that I made the interview and send questionnaire to 22 coach and 30 experts I use the Delphi Method, the analytic hierarchy method and counting statistic method to analyze the factors the affect cohesion and draw the conclusion about the important ingredient comparison. Through sending the questionnaire to CUBSL team member acknowledge the level of basketball team cohesion and according to the score of basketball match from analysis and examine T find there is some relationship between cohesion and match score that is the teams with high team cohesion always have good scores.. Then I bring forward some advice and idea on how to build a university high-level basketball team with high cohesion. By way of taking to the reference and interviewing the experts I study on the university high level basketball team morale management and put forward to utilizing the university student's knowledge construction and physiological character to build the prompting system with the moral and physical balance . Through the study on the cooperation among the university high-level basketball teams and completion administration I put forward to building the university high level basketball team outside cooperation and inside completion system.
