| The Mathematics Curriculum Standards(2022 Edition)require students to ’stimulate their interest in learning mathematics, develop the habit of independent thinking, and develop a willingness to cooperate and communicate’.In order to comply with the development of the times and implement the mathematics curriculum standards for compulsory education, schools around the country have actively carried out classroom teaching reform in recent years, and group cooperative learning has become an indispensable part of the junior high school mathematics classroom. However, the author finds that there are some phenomena in junior high school mathematics classroom, such as students’ low enthusiasm for learning, group members’ weak sense of responsibility, and group cooperative learning has become a form.In view of these problems,by analyzing the reasons and combining the relevant theoretical knowledge of psychology, sociology and pedagogy, the author proposes a new type of cooperative learning: group cooperation competitive learning, defines what is group cooperation competitive learning, and expounds the basic principles and implementation strategies of group cooperation competitive learning.Implanting benign competition into the classroom can make the learning atmosphere more harmonious, increase students’ learning enthusiasm, and improve their math grades, comprehensive abilities, and overall literacy.Society is inherently a coexistence of competition and cooperation.Under the premise of cooperation, moderate competition will be more conducive to promoting unity within the group, stimulating students’ learning enthusiasm, helping students achieve learning goals, and effectively promoting the process of individual socialization. In order to solve the problems existing in group cooperative learning and improve the effectiveness of small and medium-sized cooperative learning in junior high school mathematics classroom teaching,I made a substantial modification on the basis of the original group cooperative learning, that is,the group cooperation competitive learning model, and conducted practical research in my class. In this study,I took two junior high school classes I taught as research objects,Class 702 as the control class,Class 705 as the experimental class,Class 702 implemented the original group cooperative learning model in mathematics class, and Class 705 implemented the group cooperative competitive learning model in mathematics class.I conducted a practical research on group cooperative competitive learning in mathematics class for a semester and a half The survey questionnaire analysis of the students in the early and late classes,as well as the interview analysis of the experimental class students, ultimately yielded the following research results:(1)group cooperation competitive learning can effectively improve students’ mathematical learning performance;(2)Group cooperation-competitive learning can to some extent enhance students’ interest in learning mathematics;(3)Group cooperation-competitive learning can enhance students’ sense of cooperation and help them form a positive competitive view;(4)Group cooperation-competitive learning can make students more confident, dare to express themselves, and showcase themselves. It can be said that group cooperation competitive learning can effectively improve some problems in the small and medium-sized cooperative learning in our school’s current mathematics classroom teaching. However, due to the time constraints of this research, the research duration is insufficient, and it is only implemented in one class,so whether this model is suitable for long-term implementation, whether it is also effective in other classes and other disciplines, and expand group cooperation competitive learning to non teaching fields, such as moral education, sports, aesthetic education Further practical exploration is needed to determine whether information technology and other aspects can also achieve good results. |
