After having been developed from distance learning to electronic learning, the distance education is stepping into the new studying mode—Mobile learning (M-learning), which is based on the combination of mobile data communication technology and the wireless Internet. Learners can use portable wireless equipment, such as Laptops, a cell-phone, or PDA etc., accessing to M-learning system at any time and anywhere. The occurrence of M-learning declares a new life style and a kind of brand-new study mode.Although M-learning has been exiting for a few years, it has been accepted by learners, especially younger ones, because of its unique advantage. It has also drawn the concern and support of worldwide educational organizations.
