The establishment of the mathematical problems is an important of the theory of mathematical problems. During the time of the reform on teaching, courses and teaching materials, in order to carry out the new course standard and update the educational idea, exploring the establishment of mathematical problems in middle school has realistic meaning and ualue. Since the educational circle of international mathematics put forward the slogans Problems-Solving and the domestic education circle put forward Quality-Oriented education, many sholars at home and abroad have done some research in this field and made some valuable achievements. Based on the former practice of mathematics teaching and the current situation of mathematics teaching in China middle school, this paper explores establishment of mathematical problems and summarizes some experience.This paper summarizes some reason why teachers must invent mathematical problem, then expounds the function of mathematical problems, analyzes the structure of mathematical problems and classifies mathematical problem. Surrounding the establishment of the mathematical problem, this paper advances some principles which should be followed and also easy to operate, at the same time, the author concludes the common method of thinking, especially focus on Exploring Problems and Opening Problems. During the course of composition, author adopts the form of exemplification as much as possible to press close to teaching practice in middle school.
