The development of modern education calls for teachers' specialization, which is an inevitable stream of global progress in educational system. The specialization of mathematic teachers is a crucial component of the process. In order to be able to meet challenge and seize opportunity effectively and efficiently, we mathematic teachers need to bear in mind the profound meaning as well developing trend of specialization. It goes without saying that modernization of mathematic teaching demands the specialization of mathematic teachers, which is an inevitable trend of current educational development. To explore the implication of such a specialization is to construct a theoretical and scientific system which focuses on the specialization of mathematic teachers so that academic proficiency can be improved. As far as I am concerned, the connotation of mathematic teachers' specialization falls into the following four parts: professional concept; professional theory; professional experience in practice as well professional creativity, which mutually promote and interfere with each other. Currently the specialization of mathematic teachers in Senior Schools plays a crucial role not only in quality education but also in the execution of Requirement of National Mathematic Curriculum. In the light of investigation, the very teachers are troubled by professional concepts, professional theory, professional experience in practice as well professional creativity, which varied in degree. We mathematic teachers should bear in mind our weakness and presume further improvement so as to accord with the criteria of specialization. The ultimate goal is to push forward the specialized development of mathematic teachers and facilitate all-around education.
