Under the background of lifelong education, lifelong professional development of teachers has become a global trend. For the actuality of professional development of every country, the first task is to construct a teacher lifelong education system to accelerate professional development of teachers. As far as our country' s actuality, the old and close system has been broken, and a new system hasn' t been found. So at present the most exigent problem is to set up a teacher education system that accords to the characteristic of our country under the new society condition. On the base of analyzing the actuality of teacher education system and the development direction of international teacher education system, puts forward some advice on how to apply lifelong teacher education and integrative teacher education to construct a new lifelong teacher education system. The research is to consider the teacher education system of our country at the macroscopical level. On the background of lifelong education, on the condition of isolation each other and contradiction of old system, the thesis tries to put forward some principles and advices on how to perfect and reconstruct a new teacher education system.The whole thesis is divided four parts. The first part brings forward the question. The part generalizes the present society background and the challenge for teacher education briefly. The part is the induction of thisthesis, which educes the key question---reconstruct teacher educationsystem of our country under lifelong education thought.The second part trims the present condition and problems of our country' s teacher education system, and points that before constructing new system, the contradiction and shortage of the old system should be analyzed. Thus it is necessary to trim the actuality and analyze the problems of our country' s teacher education.The third part is to analyze the aim development trend of present teacher education. The part mainly analyzes the new challenges for teacher education, and in the new period the actuality and development trend of teacher education system of every country, which provide necessaryreference for the new teacher education system.The forth part is the core of the thesis. On the base of the former parts, the part tries to outline a blueprint of our country's teacher education system, and advances some principles for constructing teacher education system, under the background of lifelong education. Under the guidance of the principles, the thesis brings forward some countermeasures and advices on perfecting our country' s teacher education system.
