With bringing forward the conception of lifelong education and developing the idea of lifelong education constantly,the opinion that the people do with education has been not only in the field of school education, but also more and more in the development of human being in order to know the education deeply in all sides . However, the problems of education attribute to teachers in the final analysis. Teachers should develop the idea of the lifelong education for students and become the practisers and the exemplars of the lifelong education.The thriving of the country lies on education;The development of education rests with teachers ;The quality of teachers depends on the teacher-education . Social development, education reform can not be separated from teachers,therefore ,the teacher-education has been paid more and more attention to at large.The paper, adopting the methods of literature review, questionnaires, field surveys, mathematical statistics, makes a research on the present situation of physical education teachers in Shanghai middle school, including the present situation of physical education teachers' cultivation stages ,their preparation stages for education position and their training stages. The paper emphasises on the self-regulated learning in particular,and it is analyzed in the feasibility and the importance in the use of teacher-education. By the way of questionnaires investigation ,to statistic and to analyse the self-regulated learning for the students majoring in physical education and physical education teachers in the middle school in Shanghai,so as to show the present situation of the self-regulated learning.The paper has main results as follows:the target as well as the pattern to cultivate physical education teachers tends to be pluralistic;to pay attention to the stage of education practice connecting to the fact of middle school and college, and to have a long-range programming; to train the physical education teachers combines outside and inside of schools, and to exert the advantage of themselves; to impenetrate the self-regulated learning into the cultivation and the training for physical education teachers ,and to mobilize the initiative of subjective and to improve the quality of teachers' education.
