Content: The new Chinese course standard systematically puts forward three dimensions of course aims, namely, knowledge and ability, processes and ways, feeling attitudes and views. Nevertheless, when refers to the question about how to understand the contents of Chinese practice, that is to say, how to practice and perform. The new course raises two means integral perception as well as more reading and writing. In reality, the Chinese education in scientific field, the subject of school disciplines and features of Chinese teaching developing, it is absolutely not allowed. It should seek objective, organized, orderly, scientific and high efficient skill-training, then it can fully raise the students' Chinese basic ability.
