Skill is the core element of art study.The concept of "Individual Skill Knowledge" is developed by the writer through a combination of the charact eristics of fine arts and the theory of Individual Knowledge.It includes both the Tacit Knowledge of individuals and the internalization of Public Knowled ge.Based on the theory of the general thinking of individual skills,this paper takes the ordinary high school students as the research subjects,aiming to d emonstrate an important role for formation of individual skills and knowledge and experience and,combined with the core qualities of art disciplines,expl ore how to generate individual skills and knowledge in high school art learni ng experience.At the same time,this paper uses the empirical research mcth ods to find out the problems in reality,so as to propose the reasonable solut ions and paths for future research and development.The first part of this study is to sort out the relevant theories of Individu al Skill Knowledge.This paper analyzes the connotation and relationship of "Experience","Experiential Learning","’Individual’ skill knowledge" and "indivi dual ’Skill Knowledg’" It can be concluded that only the experience of parti cipating in learning can generate meaning,that the skill knowledge can be in ternalized into the individual,and that only the individual can better use the knowledge and skills.Through the review of history,we find that the main way of inheriting the traditional art skills is "Mentoring".Apprenticeship for individual skills and knowledge in the ineffable tacit knowledge transfer is th e only irreplaceable,but the influence of closure on Contemporary Art Educat ion in China still exists today.Moreover,the influence of modern art educati on on the mode of learning caused by the lack of confidence in traditional c ulture has not subsided.Therefore,"learning from history" plays an important role in the study of contemporary art education.The second part discusses the relationship between Individual Skill Knowle dge and art discipline.The high school fine arts disciplines and the relationsh ip between different types of knowledge being classified and analyzed,we c an see that the theoretical knowledge and practical knowledge,declarative kno wledge and procedural knowledge,Individual Knowledge and Public Knowledg e,skills and mental skills,skills and knowledge are closely,inseparable,whic h further proves the rationality of individual skills of knowledge.At the same time,the formation mechanism and the mutual relations of the Individual S kill Knowledge and artistic accomplishment are further analyzed.The third part is the introduction of the new trend of high school art lea rning concept based on individual skills.After the new curriculum reform,gre at changes have taken place in the concept of art learning,which is the deve lopment of Individual Knowledge and the development of literacy.The basic point of the change of its idea is to consider the uniqueness and interest of t he individual aesthetic experience,and to pay attention to the individuality an d the silence of the artistic accomplishment.Embodied in the concept of lear ning objectives,the core quality of art disciplines are generated through the i ndividual experience of learning to internalize.The fourth part is to understand the problem of art learning in high scho ol through the empirical research and to explore how to solve these problems from the theory and practice.According to a survey of middle school studen ts through the issuance of the template,volume and volume teacher survey a nalysis,conclusions are made that the students’ experience in the school has not received due attention and the teaching ways as well as the learning style s are deeply influenced by the traditional paradigm.And through the core lite racy evaluation,the students’ art core literacy has not reached the correspondi ng requirements.Therefore,this paper attempts to analyze the causes of these problems with the hope to find relevant solutions,exploring the students’ le arning environment as the basis for the experimental teaching.In the fifth part of this study,the author proposes that the path of the development of art learning in high school based on Individual Skill obtained from the following two aspects.the first is to awaken the students’ art of m emory of the individual experience so as to activate students’ aesthetic nature,individual art experience,to break through the learning field,to promote the construction of individual skills and knowledge generated learning forms fro m the aesthetic experience to the art experience,and to enhance the compreh ensive life state,individual art skills knowledge skills by presenting the knowle dge to show students the individual aesthetic style of these aspects;the secon d is the initiative and reflection of learning through art to realize the extensi on of individual skills and internalization of knowledge and to grasp the skill s,the wisdom of Tao as well a learning the art of wisdom.Its final purpose is to use the art skills knowledge to solve the problem of personal Art Liter acy and promote "constantly ecological reconstruction" of individual skills in a rt learningTherefore,this study is to solve the problems of art learning in senior s chools based on Individual Skill Knowledge from the perspective of history,re ality and strategy.With the analysis of the theory,the paper analyzes and d emonstrates the related concepts of this study,and uses the theory to guide t he practice.
