The study and practice of teachers specialization and the new curriculum reform puts forward new requirements to teachers' quality. And teaching skills is an important part of teachers quality,so improving teaching skills is an important segment in improving teachers' quality. In recent years, the researches on teaching skills emerge in endlessly, but they still do not offer an unified scientific definition and cannot reveal the essence of teaching skills, which causes the teacher misunderstanding of teaching skills and slows down their quick improvement of teaching skills. Therefore, taking the teaching skills of teachers in primary and secondary school, this paper reinterprets the nature of knowledge of teaching skills with Poland's personal knowledge view, so that teachers can comprehend teaching skills deeply, and improve their teaching skills effectively.The research analyzed large amounts of data about teaching still and Problems in reality by the methods of questionnaire Interview observation and document analysis.The one-sidedness of the traditional teaching skills view results in the following limitations: the improvement of teachers' teaching skills lacking in necessary practical knowledge; the separation between theory and practice of teaching skills; a wrong interpretations of the essence of teaching skills; the teachers' enthusiasm in improving their teaching skills. However, the teaching skills under the horizon of Poland's personal knowledge view can solve these problemsgreatly.From the relationship between skills and procedural knowledge, Bloom's education taxonomy put knowledge into factual knowledge, conceptual knowledge, procedural knowledge, and metacognitive knowledge, and procedural knowledge refers to the knowledge about how to do something. Essential steps included in teaching skills are knowledge, judgment of when and where to use knowledge and skills of actual use.The corresponding is factual knowledge, conceptual knowledge and procedural knowledge. From the relationship with the concept of knowledge, teaching skills is the process of personalized absorption and use after absorbing universal human experience.Its formation takes practice, and there is a set of recognized steps.It has the using characteristics of operation steps automation, that is, teaching skills have the three characteristics knowledge concept mentioned : the combination derived from individual experience and human experience,the irreplaceability of practice in forming process,automation. As a result, skills belong to the category of knowledge, so they confirm with generalized knowledge view.The teaching skills under personal knowledge view is personal knowledge which Goods for teaching,thattheformating and improving in social practice, and exists in the form of tacit knowledge.it afferms teachers' experience and defines the Importance of practice. The teaching skills under personal knowledge the has the essential attribute of individuation, practicalness and tacitness.The writer proposes countermeasures of promoting teaching skills from four aspects:the training of teaching skills and strategies, the learning of personal knowledge in teaching skills and strategies, the learning of tacit knowledge in teaching skills and strategies, and the situational knowledge in teaching skills and strategies. On the aspect of training of teaching skills and strategies, the writer comes up with three measures, which are setting up the evaluation system of teaching skills training, building the pattern of training in practice and adopting the "bottom-up" training. The strategies of learning tacit knowledge are viewing and emulating the normal teaching cases and “shadow” apprentice. The strategies of learning of personal knowledge also have two points, which are the study and construction of personal knowledge and the study and extraction of others' knowledge. The aspect of learning situational knowledge also gives three strategies: cultivating intuitive thinking,feedback from practice and rethinking in situation.
