The new economy makes the intelligence capital more and more important. Actually, the competition of companies is a competition of qualified persons.Training is just the way to improve the levels of employee and strengthen the competition ability of companies. The thesis states the importance of training and the main problem, then detailed how to improve the efficiency of training. The solution of problems includes establishing strict training, analyzing accurately the needs of training, designing scientific training plan. Transferring actively the achievements of training and avoiding the risk of training as so on. The thesis emphasizes that individual and work envioment characteristics influence the effectiveness of the training transfer and suggest creating a learning organization. On the basis of the above, the author tries to explain the construction of an effective modern enterprise training system, which can help enterprise raise the quality of human resources and market competition.
