With the continuous development of the times,more and more enterprises take talent training as an important development strategy.Through talent training,enterprises continuously improve the professional ability and comprehensive quality of their employees,thus enhancing their own innovation and competitiveness,and ultimately achieving high-quality development and sustainable development of enterprises.However,due to the rapid changes in information technology,knowledge and skills are constantly changing,the inherent staff training model of enterprises can no longer effectively meet their own development needs.In addition,with the normalization of the COVID-19 in recent years,many companies are accelerating the process of digital transformation,innovating staff training models and striving to further tap into the potential productivity of their employees through scientific and effective means.In this environment,enterprises need to further improve and optimize their staff training management if they want to effectively meet the personal training needs and development needs of their employees in the new situation and effectively promote the realization of their strategic objectives.Based on the above background,this thesis takes Company Z as the research object,introduces the current situation of human resources and staff training in Company Z.Based on the actual situation of Company Z,it uses case studies and scientific methods such as theory,literature research and staff interviews to deeply analyse and dig out the problems and causes of staff training management in Company Z,and puts forward specific measures with target and implementation guarantee.The study points out that the problems of staff training management in Company Z are mainly the following three: firstly,training needs are difficult to be met;secondly,the training methods and contents are single;and thirdly,there is a lack of training effect evaluation.Combined with training-related theories,the analysis shows that the causes of the above problems are: the analysis of training needs is not comprehensive and in-depth;the training methods and contents do not match the development goals;and the training effect evaluation process is not scientific and comprehensive.After an in-depth analysis of the causes of the above problems and combined with relevant theoretical models,countermeasures were proposed in three areas: analysis of training needs,training methods and content,and evaluation of training effects,in order to strengthen the analysis of staff training needs,integrate diverse training methods and training content,and improve the evaluation process of training effects,so as to promote a virtuous cycle of staff training management in Company Z.At the same time,corresponding safeguards are proposed for the organization,system and resources of Company Z respectively.The safeguards and solutions complement each other to ensure that the improved and perfected staff training management can be implemented.The aim of this thesis is to optimize and improve the management of employee training in Company Z from a strategic perspective by adopting effective human resource management tools.It is hoped that through the development of a long,robust and reasonable training programme,the aim is to help improve the business,professional skills and overall quality of the company’s employees,and to continuously enhance the organisational innovation and market competitiveness of Company Z,thereby contributing to the sustainable development of the company. |
