Study On The Influence Facters Of Interpersonal Relationship Among Medical Students

Nowadays, interpersonal relationship in terms of educational management in medical colleges and other institutes of higher learning is increasingly valued. This thesis tries to hunt after some measures to deal with the interpersonal relationship among medical students by analyzing the factors of influencing interpersonal relationship.First of all, some common problems that exist now concerning the interpersonal relationship among the students in medical colleges are put forward in the light of the research state al home and abroad. Some fundamental concepts are also defined in this thesis.Then the statistic software SPSS is used to make clustering analysis. Through anaivsis some factor? that influence the interpersonal relationship among the medical students are found and respectively named.The three main factors which affect the interpersonal relationship among the students in medical universities include Individual Factors, Mutual Factors and Exterior Factors. Individual Factors include cognition factor, personal factor, competence factor and appearance factor. Mutual Factors are divided into mutual space/distance factor, mutual intercourse frequency factor, mutual similarity factor, mutual complementary factor and mutual adoration factor. Exterior Factors are considered to include social circumstance factor and school circumstance factor. The differences of being influenced by the interpersonal relationship between the students of different grades are statistically analyzed . Then on this basis all the influence factors are theoretically analyzed and studied to hunt for the role that each factor plays in interpersonal contact and the reasons why there exist the differences of being influenced by the interpersonal relationship between the students of different grades.Finally on the basis of the analysis of the influence factors , the ways to improve the management of the students are discussed in view of each influence factor. It is suggested that the interpersonal relationship of the college students should be adjusted in different stages and according to different cases.
