As the establishment of the market-economy system and the penetration of the reform of education system, university students' job-hunting not only concerns students themselves and their parents, but also imposes great effects on the society. Therefore, the work of dealing with university students' job-hunting will influence the further reform and development of the education system and the adjustment of the structure and distribution of advanced education as well.Morality plays a key role in the course of university students' job-hunting. The morality of university students' job-hunting, concerns the graduating individuals' future success and the realization of their potential abilities, influences the results and reputation of university reform and development, relates to the fulfillment of the strategy of "developing our country by education and science" and the steadiness and advancement of the society, and concerns the final realization of talent trainings.This paper can be divided into six parts. In the preface, the significance of morality is generalized. In chapter one, the current situations of morality study are illustrated briefly, university students begin to pay attention to their morality in job-hunting; some phenomena conflicting with morality appear in university students' job-hunting; the reasons why university students are ignorant of morality are analyzed. Chapter two analyzes the relations between job-hunters, the morality rules that they should obey when challenging with each other, and the attitude they should hold. In chapter three, the morality rules and attitudes a job-hunter, which is supposed to hold when facing job-suppliers, are elaborated. Chapter four introduces the morality rules in dealing with the relations between job-hunters and the society, including the socialization of job-hunting, morality and attitude. In the last chapter, the morality education of job-hunting, including morality knowledge education, morality value education and morality practice education, is emphasized on.
