Creative thinking is an advanced form of thought served to explore field unknown to human beings.It's also the core of creativity including all the thinking processes:discussing new things,revealing laws,putting forward theories.finding original solutions,creating works,inventing new technologies,developing products and solving new problems. So far ,there have been many studies of theories and demonstrations on creative thinking both at home and abroad,but as far as the present results related to middle school are concerned ,we haven't attained unanimous conclusions.Taking middle school as the range of studies,we probe systematically and profoundly into characteristics of creative thinking of middle school students and its effective factors in order to provide scientific basis and information for futher research and supply educational countermeasures and advice for the implement of creative education as well as the development in middle school students' creative thinking.The paper mainly inquires into the characteristics of creative thinking of middle school students , the differences of creative thinking in grades and sexes,correlation teacher appraisal and school work achievement with creative thinking.By the sampling method of delamination,whole and random,we investigated 1047 middle school students(from Grade One of junior middle school to Grade Three of senior middle school) with the creative thinking test of Torrance,questionnaires of teacher appraisal and influencial factors.The main conclusions:I . As a whole, creative thinking of middle school students shows a sustainable developing tendency which is,however,not linear but wavy.The level of senior middle school students is obviously higher than that of the junior's, but it descends slightly in Grade Three.There have remarkable grade main effect at seven aspects of creative thinking.II .The sex difference in creative thinking of middle school students isn't distinct.The remarkable sex main effect only exists at two aspects.III. The achievements of creative thinking has little to do with the teacher appraisals andstudents' achievements.While there has been remarkable correlation between teacher appraisalsand students' achievements.IV.In the disquisitions,we find all the influencial factors .including family,education,social cultures and characters of personality have remarkable effect on creative thinking.Suggestions:First, changing educational concepts is the prerequisites to bring creative education intoeffect-Second, Using synthetically kinds of ways of learning and guiding students learningscientificly.Third, developing educational experiments, driving educational innovation in China todevelop deeply. |
