The thesis criticizes that teacher education so partial pays attention to the learning of theory knowledge. The author points out that teacher as a career and profession whose knowledge structure includes theory knowledge and practice knowledge, which have equal important function in education teaching. Therefore, the author proposes the importance of teacher's practice knowledge that has been neglected. After explaining the meaning, structure and mechanism of the teacher's practice knowledge, the author puts forward the correspondingcultivable way.Firstly, on the basis of the understanding of theory, the author stresses that teacher's practice knowledge is what one should do in a special situation. Teacher's practice knowledge is practical, tacit, personal and so on.Secondly, the author analyses the contents of teacher's practice knowledge including teacher's education belief, ego knowledge and teacher's reflecting. They can be presented with verbal, tacit and unconscious in the teaching.Thirdly, the author believes that teacher's practice knowledge is acquired by subjective construction, depending on teacher's experiences, others' help and education resource of learning.Last, the author puts forward some suggestions to construct teacher' practice knowledge through development capability of teacher's reflection, establishment organization of teacher's learning and emphasis teacher's experience.
