Teacher Knowledge is an important aspect of teacher professional development, it is associated with the effectiveness of teaching. Teaching is the main activity of teachers, improve teaching effectiveness is the requirements of educational reform,teachers and students. In this study, from the perspective of Teachers Knowledge investigate the teachers' knowledge influencing teaching effectiveness- teacher effectiveness knowledge, aimed at improving the effectiveness of teaching teachers to enrich Teachers Knowledge.This study investigated the two elements using literature study: First, from the perspective of epistemology to sort out the development path of knowledge, then a wide range of knowledge existed in the areas of activity was proposed; Second, the knowledge of teachers at home and abroad were reviewed. The effectiveness of teaching and knowledge linking proposed teacher effectiveness knowledge.In this study, the first part is the introduction, describes the background and significance of this study, and states a lot of the article that related.Part one alse declared the research method and research innovation.Part two is the effectiveness of knowledge, the effectiveness of proposed inevitability of knowledge from the course knowledge development; possibility raised from the correlation between the effectiveness of knowledge and ability of knowledge; knowledge of the effectiveness of proposed reality from the degree of realization of knowledge.The third part is the connotation of teacher effectiveness knowledge, knowledge is the teacher effectiveness of individual teachers based on teaching situation by way of tacit knowledge into personal understanding and knowledge into knowledge capabilities. Features include individual, wisdom, practical, situational, reflection and so on.The fourth part is the educational significance of teacher effectiveness knowlege,the teacher effectiveness knowledge into teacher knowledge system is a new dimension of teacher professional development, curriculum development is conducive to innovation, help to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching, in favor of promote the current educational reform process, in favor of the ability of students.The fifth part presents three aspects of knowledge teacher effectiveness training methods, teachers return to life world, individual teacher reflection, teacher Community.The last part is the conclusion, emphasized the importance of teacher effectiveness knowledge, teachers should combine theoretical knowledge and teacher effectiveness knowledge.
