Teacher Effectiveness Knowledge Research

Teacher Knowledge is an important aspect of teacher professional development, it is associated with the effectiveness of teaching. Teaching is the main activity of teachers, improve teaching effectiveness is the requirements of educational reform,teachers and students. In this study, from the perspective of Teachers Knowledge investigate the teachers' knowledge influencing teaching effectiveness- teacher effectiveness knowledge, aimed at improving the effectiveness of teaching teachers to enrich Teachers Knowledge.This study investigated the two elements using literature study: First, from the perspective of epistemology to sort out the development path of knowledge, then a wide range of knowledge existed in the areas of activity was proposed; Second, the knowledge of teachers at home and abroad were reviewed.
