The phenomenon of teacher verbal hegemony exists in contemporary China. It will adversely affect the improvement of the quality of education and the health of students. It mainly includes two important parts, the teachers’ possession of the discourse right and the students’ aphasia in the class. Throughout the teaching process, students are in a completely passive position, they have almost no discourse right in the class. The cause of the phenomenon is the influence of the rationalist view of knowledge for teachers. With the progress of society,We need more and more high-tech talent which cannot be created by the kind of education which is affected by the rationalist view of knowledge, that is the reason why we have to change. To meet the needs of society, we have to change the concept of knowledge, and the most important part of the reformation is the verbal hegemony of teachers, we must reconstruct it in the right way. Such as changing the rationalist view of knowledge and injecting the constructivism concept of knowledge into Classroom Teaching and establishing an equal relationship with dialogue instruction between students and teachers, only in this way,we can finally give the discourse right which belongs to the students back to them.
