Education Justice is the prerequisite and foundation for social justice. With economic constant development, the demands for higher education of people increase constantly. Among them, because the inequitable phenomenon of education that various kinds of reasons caused exasperating the contradictions on the educational problem of people of different levels, it become the focus that the whole society pays close attention to ..This text is on the basis of defining the education justice concept thinks that education justice including the questions not only caused by system factors ,such as educational stratification system, system of enrollment in a nearby school, the tuition system and the doctrine orientation that the city in the education system has priority, but also includes the inequitable phenomenon of education that the human factors caused, such as the teachers and students lead to .The author carried on the analysis one by one to these factors at the same time points out no matter which factor leads to inequity in education is only damage the average children's normal right of educating, hinder the improvement of the integral level of Chinese education and influence the society's justice realization finally.In order to guide the education justice realized smoothly in the realistic environment, this text has suggested five principles on education justice, they are follow: firstly, it is just to receive educator's power; secondly, equality of educational opportunity; thirdly, educational resource allocation is just; fourthly, the disadvantage groups compensate just; fifthly, teacher's behavior are just.Finally, to the inequity phenomena among the educational field of our country, the author proposed should build two respects to solve the problems. That to set about from the educational institutional improvement and the teacher's morals building,Only work along both lines, the drawback that it could be really hopeful to affect a radical cure in the structure of education and "soft rib" in the teacher's quality, and to realize the education justice even the social justice.
