The mankind has stepped into the information society, the unification of the global economy accelerates further, the talent competition which caused by economycompetition becomes intensive gradually.In order to adapt the need of social development and advanced times, the education should train the full-scale and harmonious developed talents who not only have the thick and solid " double-base " ,but also have the better creative spirit and practical ability. However, at present, many aspects of the basic educational teaching situations have fallen behind the demands of the period. For example, the teaching aim is narrow and limited, the teaching contents only from the textbooks,the learning method is single and the irrigative teaching methods are used everywhere. We put emphasis on inside class,results,the accumulation of knowledge instead of outside class,process,practical experience. We only pursue one standard on teaching evaluation,that is mark and the entrance examination rate.In this way, the trained students can only be a kind of " unbalanced children " with " high marks but imbecile " . This is an educational behavior which is used to deal with tests, and it absolutely goes against the educational nature demands and principles of our country. Today we are actively carrying out quality education and course reform in the whole country. We should make several big changes for teaching tactics.Such as.from teaching knowledge to students' all-quality development.from teachers' own teaching to students' own learning,from studying results to teaching procedures,from the untied specific education into different one.The purpose is to develop students' knowledge , technical ability . method feeling and will, especially creative spirit and practical ability. Developing the research of best chemical teaching course in full-scale can help to go step further to push on the quality education and promote the course reformation. It has an important practical significance in regard to improving the quality of educational teaching and realizing the educational goal.This text utilizes the principle of system science(contains information theory , cybernetics and systems theory) as a guide, according to the modern educational psychology and philosophy, adopt analytical method to deep dissect every important link during the course of chemical teaching(such as teaching aim, content, method and means, learning pattern, teaching evaluation and so on). Move around the center of optimizingteaching aim closely, optimize teaching contents,teaching methods, adopt valid learning method, establish the synthetical evaluative system with poly-angles and poly-levels, realize the whole course optimization during the teaching course. And on the foundation, adopt the synthetical method to combine the optimizing points of all links, elaborate its function of total optimization. The research result shows that the whole course optimization is the base and the total optimization is the improvement. Combining the whole course and total optimization organicly of the chemical teaching course is just the true full-scale optimization of the chemical teaching course.Opitmizing the teaching course in full scall is the effective measure to improve teaching quatity and implement quality education.
