To research teaching principle is the basic thesis of Pedagogy. The system of teaching principle' creating always flows the development of the teaching theory and the teaching practice.Based on the teaching theory of constructivism and the achievements of others on reaching teaching principle and the reformation of fundamental education's curricula in our country at present, employed theory method, historical-documentary method, comparative method and qualitative method, etc, we try to construct a system of teaching principle which stretches subjectivity of teachers and students.The content of this paper includes three aspects: First, we find out the trend of the system of teaching principle's researching, by analyzing the development of the teaching principle in the world. It is an emphasis analyzing that the achievements and the problems of the teaching principle researching in our country after 1978. At the same time, we predict the trend of the system of teaching principle's researching in our country. Second, we analyze the theory basic of teaching and require of practice of constructing a system of teaching principle. (1) Comparing the teaching theory of constructivism with the traditional, we find that the former has got great breakthrough on idea of knowledge Mearning \teaching\student\teacher. Simultaneously, we have analyzed the significance of those "breakthrough" for us. (2) Searching the relationship between the reformation of fundamental education's curricula in our country and constructing a new system ofteaching principle. The system of the teaching principle in our country which based on the teaching theory of has not satisfied the current teaching practice. It is important and urgent that reconstructing the system of teaching principle flows the reformation of fundamental education's curricula. (3) We construct a new system of teaching principle which emphasizes the principle of the subjectivity, the development, the feels, the creativity and study-for-the-purpose-of-application, the individualized, the co-operation, the setting, etc. The subjectivity principle and the development principle are central, while the others are subsidiary.
