The Study Of Application And Development Of Information Resource Centers In Rural Area Of Gansu

Under the environment of Educational Informationalization, Primary and Secondary Schools in rural area of Gansu have been implementing different projects. Based on the project, Primary and Secondary Schools in rural area have been pointed to be Information Resource Centers. They are expected to be well used in the field of education and agriculture. We hope to seek for a way to develop education and agriculture through the interaction of them. Through the way of questionnaire and field survey, this thesis analyzes the statue of Information Resource Centers in Rural Area, summarizes the existing problems and puts out a serious of tactics.The first part is a brief introduction. It gives the background , object, purpose and methods of the thesis.The second part is the analysis of the status of the construction and application of Information Resource Centers. Through the questionnaire of head teachers' , administrators' and teachers' , the thesis analyzes the construction of hardware and software, application, management and maintenance.The third part is the analysis of existing problems. Based on the questionnaire , the thesis points out that the main problems are as follows: hardware weakness, scarcity of software, weakness in the use of education and agriculture, less guarantee in facility operation.The fourth part is the developmental countermeasures of Information Resource Centers in Rural Areas. It points out that Information Resource Centers must take the way of "application promotes development and development promotes application" . Aiming at the status, we should strengthen the following aspects: source of funding, plan of the construction of informational environment, construction resource, training of personnel, system, atmosphere of application, cooperation between schools and rural community, maintenance of facility.The fifth part is a summary about the study.
