Research Of Construction And Application On Educational Information Resource Warehouse Of Gansu Province Secondary Health Vocational Schools

This article takes the construction and the current situation of teaching information resource storehouse as well as the administrative personnel, teachers and students of Gansu Province Secondary Health Vocational schools as the object of study. The methods used are literature retrieval law, questionnaire, case methodology, spot research and logical analytic method. Eight representative schools were chosen to conduct the research from the twelve secondary vocational health schools of Gansu Province. The purpose of the research is to discover the problems existed in the construction and application of information resource storehouse of Gansu Province secondary health vocational schools, to seek the strategies of solving them, to provide the model and the theory basis for the construction and application of information resource storehouse of Gansu Province secondary health vocational schools, thus to promote the construction and application of information resource storehouse and cultivate the more professioal personnel for the teaching career.In the research the author discovered some problems such as the insufficiency with the teaching information resource storehouse correlated hardware, the low disposition; Information resource storehouse construction investment lacked; Lacks of the overall plan to the teaching information resource storehouse construction, unreasonable construction patterns. There is not an accepted standard and the application of teaching information resource storehouse is insufficient; The leaders, teachers and students did not pay much attention to the teaching information resource storehouse construction and the application. But the teaching information resource storehouse promotes the development of the Gansu Province health schools. We must construct it well and use it well.The author proposed the enhancement of management from the constructive aspect, the guidance of education information development, the reasonable conformity, the optimized resources and speeding up the strategies of the construction of education information resource storehouse: superiority supplementary, close cooperation, resources sharing, the enhancement of leadership understanding from the application aspect and the creation of good development conditions, strengthening teacher's information accomplishment, sharpening the information technology application ability, opening student's information technology class as soon as possible, enhancing the understanding and application ability of students to the information technology, taking measures to encourage teachers to give lectures using the information technology.This article has filled the blank of the construction and the applied research of information resource storehouse for the Gansu Province health vocational schools. The author proposed some not too mature countermeasure and hoped to have certain help to the educational department and all levels of school leaders in the construction and the application of information resource storehouse. Also the author hopes to have some models and the reference values for the secondary schools of our country. This article mainly aims at the information resource storehouse construction and the application of Gansu Province secondary health vocational schools. But the information resource storehouse construction and the application involve very broad content and scope such as human affairs, finance, school register, books. These researches also wait for the colleagues to study further.
