Nowadays the only rational teaching model which is popular in class will be full of humanity. It turns this subject into accomplishment and knowledge learning, and even examination training. As a result, the great Chinese teaching reform has broken out throughout our country. It emphasizes that teachers and students should be equal in class and the teachers should respect the students' special experience during their learning courses. Innovate the learning methods of independence, cooperation, researching. It becomes the core view of new Chinese courses reformation and adapts to the opinion of the latter modern courses in western countries.This essay bases on teaching practice and uses the modern teaching method. Basing on pattern and empiricism, it sets up "Self-organization" teaching model in Chinese of Middle School. Aiming at the leading relation of contradiction, it raises three new focuses, that is, "focusing on experience, focusing on dialogues and focusing on courses". To the educational ideology,it realizes a leap from passive receiving to active experience, from authoritative monologue to equal dialogue, from emphasizing results to focusing on the courses. In order to widen the field of this subject, it focuses on changing Chinese teachers' original teaching opinions, establishing a new relationship between teachers and students. It is a bridge between educational theory and practice in Chinese teaching. So it speeds up a new reform of Chinese teaching and makes it adapt to the development of modern society. In a word, it plays an important part in inheriting, developing, creating the culture and the spirit of our motherland.
