Objective:Mental stress is not only stimulus and reaction. whether mental stress can bring about the changes of neuroendocrinoimmune system and affect psychosomatic health of orgnism or not is influnced mutually by characteristics, coping way , social support and way of attribution. Exercise, as a means of psychological intervention. which can bring down mental stress reaction from multi-dimension, can improve capability of resisting mental stress .decrease intensity of mental stress and maintain stabilization of organism immune function by the way of getting more social support , cultivating good attribution way and enhancing self-concept and so on.But why and what does it work?it is not clear. The thesis intend to explore the possible mechanism which benefit psychosomatic health from immunological perspective by measuring the concentration of IL-1 β and TNF- α in plasma.Method:54 healthy male SD rats were divided into 7 groups, conducted on exercise training for 8 weeks and exerted on mental stress for 2 weeks in the later stage of training, the concentration of EL-1β and TNF- α in plasma was measured. Result: 1):2- weeks mental stress can induced rats organism to produce obviously psychosomatic changes, the concentration of IL-1 β and TNF- α in plasma was significantly lower than that in control group. 2):After 8-weeks training, the concentration of IL-1 β in 30min and 60min training group was significantly higher than that in control group.but the concentration of TNF- α was not changed. At the same time, the concentration of IL-1 β and TNF-α in stress and 30min training and in stress and 60min training group was higher than that in control group. Conclusion:Mental stress can depress rats immune function. Low and medium exercise can bring down stress reaction and improve immune functin under mental stress.
