From the beginning of 21s1 century, the society come into a brand-new era which the whole globe's integrative economy based on knowledge-economy and information technology. In the new era, it puts forward new demands for instruction. It has become the important task of the modern instruction to change the traditional instruction ideas and laggard instruction manners, and to build up a kind of new instruction conception, and to bring up the able men with innovatory spirits and creative ability and sufficiently developed personality.However, in our middle school classes, the traditional teaching models are still occupying the dominant status. The teaching method is mostly the integration of prelection and exercise. What we attained was only the student's ability to cope with examination and the skills to figure out problems. The students' education is still filled with the penal servitude of homework and the dread of tests. These models neglected not only the students' needs arid potential in classroom as self-help individuals, but also the multi-interaction among the students and the teachers, it blocked the students' exertion of creativity. It came out the students' ability very low, the initiative of initiative learning not high and the capability developed slowly. Even it had some success, it resulted in low effect with high consumption.For the sake of changing this actuality, the teaching staff of the No. 1 middle school of PingYi Shandong province put forward "the teaching model guided by the learning plan" under many years' practical experiences. The model insists on that the students and the students'development should be in central. Its soul is the students learn and research by themselves under teachers' guidance. They change the learning process from passively accepting knowledge into initiatively discovering knowledge and mastering the scientific method and cultivating innovative consciousness and creative ability. It's a revolutionary reform for the traditional instructional ideas and teaching models.The model's soul lies in "the learning plan" plus "guided learning".The learning plan is material gist for a teacher to guide a student to learn, research and innovate by himself. It includes taches as follows: learning objects, emphases and difficulty, feedback of self-study, the guidance of learning method, tests of attempt, feedback of self-rectification, etc. Learning plan is differ from teaching plan. Teaching plan is the embodiment of teacher's teaching thoughts, however the learning plan is the embodiment of student's learning thoughts. The learning plan itself includes guidance which is completed by teachers and research which is completed by students. Guided learning means the student learning by himself and constructing knowledge framework by himself under the guidance of the teacher and the learning plan.The author begins with its theoretic bases such as constructivism, meaningful learning theory, nearest development section theory, systematic science theory, etc. The author analyses its characters, the principles and process of actualization, concrete cases and its effects. Based on the above, the author summarizes the direction for we struggling for.The teaching model guided by the learning plan has three characters: 1 the correlation between the teacher's dominant effect and the student's main body effect. 2 the correlation between transfer of knowledge and cultivation of capability. 3 the correlation between intellectual factors and non-intellectual factors.Its process have primarily below several steps: Make use of thelearning plan, clear and definite objects; The basis shows the self-educated instance, proceeding to guide to learn with the learning plan; According to the difficulty information feedback, to organize discussion and try to solve the problems; Teacher's proficient talking guides the student to induce the summary; To button up the objects and integrate its content and become the knowledge network; To finish the homework in class and expand the kno...
