As a good-directed, planned, and organized person-cultivating society activity, education in school has an important effect to the national department. When the billow of globaling and knowledge-economics surge the entire world, the nation who can foster high quality persons can take up the development top in new century. While refecting our school education, the writer thinks much more should be changed. Especially" immersion instruction" , it' s still a main way in educational practice, since it cannot fulfill the highest goal. How can we get rid of it? The education in school spreads in the course of relation between students and teachers. What new relation should be founded in new education form?This thesis contents five parts:1) "immersion instruction" bases on subject-object contradiction theory. It infuses much knowledge to the student, but on the other hand it also discourages the students' innovation enthusiasm. During the course of "immersion education" model, student and teacher form a subject-object contradiction relation. This relation makes the students in the sheer object position, and teachers instructs the obedient students who have to accept, obey, adjust and carry on the other' s thoughts and wills. The reason is that before a more rational education concept and practice model come into being, it continue burden the load of transfer social civilization.2) "immersion education" injures students' all-round and active development. The building of "intersubjective teacher-student relation" offers the condition of makingstudents' development in school education.3)" intersubjectivity" is the basic property of teacher-student relation. The interaction between teachers and students includes: (1) Nonformalized character of equality. (2) Nonformalized character of freedom. (3) Constructed character of democracy.4) This part analyses the teacher-center theory and children-center theory history, and then get the result that the"intersubjectivity" relation can meet and fit the need of times.5) New type intersubjectivity need close co-operation among society, school and family. As a teacher, we should practise the model from three sectors-moral education activities, instruction activity and class management.The new idea in this thesis is: (1) analyze the deep reason why the "immersion instruction" is still popular. (2) Expose the speciality of student-subject. (3) Analyze the speciality of reaction between teacher-student intersubjectivity. (4) On the base of analysis, the thesis put forward some practical tactics.
