Moral education is one type of formative education, which is to affect people's internal spirit. In broad sense moral education embodies the virtue education from society, school and family. It's including ideological, political, moral and psychological quality education. However, the paper will be focusing on the research of school moral education and discussing how to put it into execution. The traditional moral education, to some extent, has divided the knowledge from the practice, which will prevent the development the moral education and even the overall education. Thus, we advocate the moral education should change from the"input style"to the"intersubjectivity style".The paper made a full explanation of the intersubjectivity theory. Based on the analysis of the present situation of Chinese moral education, we think, it is of great necessity and urgency to carrying out intersubjectivity moral education. Under the guidance of the theory, the paper offered the specific strategies about how to carry out the intersubjectivity moral education.The paper is divided into 3 parts.Part1. The theoretical connotation of the intersubjectivity moral educationMaking clear the relationship between subjectivity and intersubjectivity, moral and moral education, and intersubjectivity and moral education, the author drew the conclusion that the intersubjectivity moral education is the contacting process for teachers and students in real life. The conclusion covers three implications: 1. Moral education originates from life, reflects life and has a close relationship with real life. Getting back to and mixing together with the real life is the process of building people's spirit activity in the real world, which is the basis of the intersubjectivity moral education. 2. Based on the mutual understanding and respect, students and teachers can communicate with each other to get moral common sense. Reaching spirit agreement by emotional communication is the essence of the intersubjectivity moral education; 3. Education activity is a kind of communication. The substance of the interactive process of teachers and students is getting along with others in life. The interactive communication activity is the reflection of the intersubjectivity moral education.Part 2 The necessity and urgency of carrying out the intersubjectivity moral education.The paper analyzed the necessity of carrying out intersubjectivity moral education from 3 aspects. Firstly, intersubjectivity moral education is the tendency of moral education theory. Secondly, intersubjectivity moral education is the trend of humanization education. Thirdly, intersubjectivity moral education is the best choice of moral education in real life. The authors discussed explicitly the urgency of putting intersubjectivity moral education into force by analyzing teachers and students'principal and subordinate relationship; the simplicity of teaching style; moral education's content and its aim's away from real life; slighting the process of carrying out moral education.Part 3 Methods and strategies of carrying out the intersubjectivity moral educationThe paper wrote about the specific methods and strategies of carrying out the intersubjectivity moral education from the following four aspects: establishing good relationship between teacher and students is the premise of intersubjectivity moral education; moral educations'getting back and mixing together with the real life is the fundamental of intersubjectivity moral education; the innovation of moral education style is the guarantee of carrying out intersubjectivity moral education; making clear about the teachers'role and improving teacher's moral qualities is the key of intersubjectivity moral education. The paper Analyzed the role of each aspect in the intersubjectivity moral education and made the practical exploration of carrying out the intersubjectivity moral education.All in all, the study on the intersubjectivity moral education will help to deepen our understanding, widen research field, enrich and perfect the teachers'theory and have certain guiding value in the moral education practice. By doing this resrarch, I hope it will help us to deepen moral education reform, improve the efficiency of moral education and offer great help in the specific moral education practice.
