As the learning theory of Constructivism becomes more and more wide spread, cooperative learning has become one of the most popular teaching strategies in western countries. It conducts teaching activities primarily on the base of cooperative groups, and builds up a system of sharing knowledge with each other among students. Thus, it has changed the traditional mode in which students have to face fierce competition. Compared with the traditional whole-class teaching method, cooperative learning holds the prominent advantage of being able to prompt students' socialization and greatly improve the quality of our teaching practice. Cooperative Learning attaches importance to both outer instilling and inner generation of knowledge, both individual learning socialized learning. To construct knowledge through mutual help between students completely coordinates with modern ideology of Chinese-teaching in middle school. This essay attempts to transplant cooperative learning on the base of the personnel teaching practice. It combines the characteristics of various subjects and seeks to change the ideology of the traditional Chinese teaching. It also makes researches into another round of the reform of the Chinese teaching mode. And, of course, the final goal is to promote students' language capability to a high level.
