The trend of divorce rate has been going up smoothly in China in recent years, and the number of children of divorced families also increases along with that. The focus of the research is that if the educational organization has given them necessary help and guide.Based on the research of relevant documents, taking the research method of the combination of qualitativeness and quantitativeness. The research probes into the present situation of compensational education for the children of divorced families carried out by kindergardens. The subjects under study involve 60 teachers and l22 parents of infants between 4-6 years old (among them there are 63 parents of divorced families and 59 parents of intact families). The results of the study show that:I. At present it is very weak that, the sense of compensational education for the children of divorced families carried out by kindergardens. The quality of the education is the key of compensational education.II .The investigation of the teachers' educational behavior shows that there is a trend that the children of divorced families are to be ignored in classes. The most pat of emotion that the teachers throw into the children of divorced family is sympathy.III. There are significant differences on the aspects of children's living conditions, on the education perplexity of the parents to the children and on the others between intact families and divorced families. IV. One third parents of divorced families worry about that there will be disadvantaged influence on their children after the teachers know about their families situation. The job the teachers hasn't completely enjoyed mist in the parents.Based on the research results of the study, the thesis put forwards the measures of compensational education in kindergardens by establishing harmonious peer relations and the relationship between the teachers and infants for the children of divorced families. In expectation of helping them adapt themselves to the circumstances and changes better and grow up in a healthily way.
