The Folk Customs And Social Vicissitudes Of Caoping Qianjing

Caoping is the only autonomous country of Hui in Guangxi,and is the biggest resident place of Hui people in Guangxi.As a people far away from its origin,how is Caoping like today after the development of several generations?The writer's studies in the locality.the people's life and the feeling of Caoping Hui peopleaim at investigating Caoping Hui people ,it's surroundings and the interaction with other ethnic groups and cultural change and assimilation of course the spirit of life present in the society in these activities is also studied.Because of the exploitation of Guanyan in modern socity the economic form is divided into triarly industry and agriculture.In the Caoping street the residents mainly to make a living by the service business.in which family restaurant.travel the trophy the store,pleasure boat and bamboo raftand rickshaw etc. are all the most familiar ways.And Qianjing village has been working in the farm land that is inherited from their ancestors up to now.Their livehood is simple ,with planting and feeding as their main job.Except for agricultural cultiviation,their primary activities is psrticipation in different kinds of folk origanization and conformity to their own folk tradition.Because of its peculiar emironmental background and it communication with surrounding Han people.Qianjing village's culture became Han-centred. In history.a series of strategic tactics,such as the ancestral temple,ancestral sacrifice,the rules of inside and outside clan were established.At prestent,the social organizationof Qianjing village has put on are new appearance again.Such as entertainment-oriented Assiociation for the elderly. Islanmic Assoociation which is the lowest structure in china.Moreover.the assimilation of Islamic culture with Han Culture found full expression in Qianjing's seasonal changes,customs,spiritual religion and amusement.Chinese Spring festival,Ancient Nation Stanza,Qingming Jie,Dragon Boat festival were melted together.Birth ceremony,Wedding ceremony and Funeral ceremony in Hui and Han people are held almost in the same manner.The ancestral worship and Islamism co-existed independently in spiritual religion.All of those make caoping hui people appear as a product of racial assimilation.Of course ,in the daily life of Caoping Qianjin,the native living world was left.that is to say,their living situation was ture to itsey.According to my research and survey in Caoping Qianjing ,1 drew the following conclusions:(1)In modern society.Qianjing people's living mode is still in conformity to "Sunrise to be out ,Sunset to be in".(2)The villagers are easily satisfied and indifferent to reputation and interests.They don't compete with others. All of these are effective spiritual remedy for metropolis people. (3) While analysing historical materials of a people.we should analyse their native cultural situation in a practical way.
