Tge Review Of Sunan Villagers' Self-government

In view of the villagers'body of rights, this paper investigate the phenomena of the prosperous of " democracy" in Sunan villagers' self-government by the means of combination of questionnaire and interviews. After the topic is introduced, the paper continues the viewpoint with five parts. The first part is the background of the research, dealing with the concept of villagers' self-government, the main viewpoints, the methods of research and the obtained materials in domestic. The following three parts are the main body of this paper. The second part lists out the characteristics of this kind of rights fading in the process of the self-government in Sunan, such as passiveness, dependence, inequality of the body and other four showings. Then the characteristic of the second part is analyzed in the third part and the reasons are also discussed in this part in the respects of foundation of material, mechanism of assurance and carrier of hierarchy. In the last part, the solutions to the fading of villagers' rights are presented so that the villagers' self-government can be more perfected and more progress can be made.
