On The Training Of Students' Synthesis Ability From The Point Of "3+X

The 21st century is not only a knowledge century but also an information century. The 21st century makes greater demands of talent. By probing into the essential characteristics that the future society demands for talent the thesis points out the basic ability that is needed for modern people to work, study and live effectively is the information society, that is, "synthesis ability". Then from the point of personnel training, together with "3+X" College Entrance Examination reform, it probes into the meanings of students' synthesis ability training that "3+X" synthesis Ability Test brings about.
