On Class Connunication ABSTRACTWe have explored quite a few models of reforms on class-teaching in the recent 20 years, but these reforms basically focus on how to make students learn more knowledge and skills, and how to learn them more quickly and effectively as well. Therefore, the important defect that ignores rethinking and correcting the social deviatioa and developing the social potentialities in class-teaching has not even changed. What's more, these ignorance lead to that the students couldn't learn more quickly and effectively in class in turn. Apparently, this situation couldn't meet the needs of cultivating "new people" which is demanded by the development of modernization in China So trying to construct various social models is what urgently needed. This essay chooses one of the branches of social science in class-teaching-class communication as the thesis, so that some efforts could be make in this field.What is cornm,unication? Communication is the mobile process that happens among people by exchanging information to influence each other. Based on the communication, we can define class communication as the mobile process that happens among the participators in class-teaching activities by exchanging information to influence each other. The value of studying class communication lies in many aspects. Firstly, class communication plays an important role in the socialization of students. It is the main way that students gain social ideas, it is Ihe important channel through which students develop self-awareness, and it has major influence on students' personality. Besides these, class communication can develop intelligence and creativity as well. Secondly, studying class communication can provide a unique view for further development of teaching theories, and it helps to construct new models of teaching too.The historic forms of class communication can be divided to 4 categories according to the law of children development and the role of teachers that people have known.(l)communication out of order. The manifestation of this category is that there isn't any regular pattern to abide during the communication between teachers and students. Teachers have right to punish, even beat and scold students in order to achieve the teaching goal, while students have to respect and obey teachers unqualifiedly. (2) communication in order. Affected by scientific belief, it regards children as an immature organism. In this kind, teachers act strictly on principles and ways that based on reasonable thinking, and students make relevant actions. The process of communication has the nature of standardization, procedure and measure. (3) ethical communication, which regards child as a real person and the communication between teachers and students is the one that happens among persons, it fills with humanity, dignity and subjective. (4) aesthetic communication. Under which both teachers and students are all free from the outer fetters and transfer communication into their own free creation and realization of their nature, achieve an aesthetic state.This essay analyses the present situation of class-teaching in the primary and middle schools from the three dimension, ie, time, space and oral language exchange. The conclusion is that students in class-teaching are in a passive state all along and their subjective nature can't be played, their social development is restrained too. Even in the very limited oral language exchange, the objects of communication is also bounded to few students, while most students don't have the opportunity to communicate directly with teachers. Further more, teachers adopt different ways to communicate with those have opportunity. Theory researches on class communication just talk in general how good class communication affect class teaching, they think that the problem which should consider is how to form good class communication and general psychological nature, etc.The improvement of class communication quality can't depart from certain strategies .The essay supports the view...
