| Various ethnic groups in China is a "big mixed" and "small settlements"environment, the interpersonal situation among junior middle school students ofdifferent ethnic, not only affect to students in social adaptation, but also to theconstruction of a harmonious environment in school.The junior middle schoolstudents in Different culture, living environment, must have different interpersonalskills. Parenting as an important aspect of family environment, must have influence tothe junior middle school students,interpersonal skills. Studies have shown thatindividuals choose different coping styles may affect the development of interpersonalskills. Investing the Junior middle school students,different nationalities andinterpersonal factors, can promote harmony among students of different nationalities,also play a very important role to the mental health of junior middle school students.In this study, investing the junior middle school students,interpersonal skills,through two studies. a proven open-ended questions by the students of differentnationalities important interpersonal factors, as follow-up of junior middle schoolstudents of different nationalities interpersonal skills of basis in the fist study. Thistest selected 387 valid samples of students in Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefectureand Lanzhou City. The purpose is to analyse the influence of the junior middle schoolstudents,interpersonal skills, and the relationship among the Interpersonalcommunication skill, Parental rearing pattern and Coping style. In summary, the mainconclusions of this study are as follows:(1)The Interpersonal communication skill of the junior middle school studentsin Han and Hui, is higher than the junior middle school students in Tibetan; Girls gethigher scores than boys on the cognitive of communication, boys get higher scores onthe stills of communication.(2)The fathers of Han students show more emotional warmth and understanding,punishment and strict to their children than the fathers of Hui students, themothers of Han students show more denying and take more care to their children thanHui ones, the mothers of Tibetan students how more emotional warmth andunderstanding, punishment and strict to their children than the mothers of Han and Hui ones.(3)Han students more tend to adopt the coping style like problem- solving thanHui and Tibetan ones, Hui students more tend to adopt the help-seeking, the studentsin grade one more choose help-seeking than grade two ones.(4)Parental rearing pattern of Fathers, Parental rearing pattern of mothers canwell predict interpersonal communication skill , coping style well predict interpersonalcommunication skill. Coping Styles pays a full medium role between Parentalrearing pattern of Fathers and interpersonal communication skill, Parental rearingpattern of mothers and interpersonal communication skill. |
