The development of the educational informationization proposed the new requirements for teachers'professional competence, and as the main source of teachers, normal students'professional capacity also needs to achieve some certain standards. Then many Normal Universities in our country had set up the basic course of Modern Educational Technology. However, according to the author's investigation, most of the normal students still fail to meet the requirements for professional competence. Therefore, it has become an urgent problem now how to improve the professional competence of the normal students effectively.Some studies have shown, multiple evaluation can compensate for the deficiencies of traditional evaluation and improve learning efficiency. Therefore, it's significant that applying multiple evaluation to the culture of normal students'professional capacity so as to improve the training methods and training quality.Based on the survey of the evaluation system of the basic course of Modern Educational Technology in our country, I deeply studied the relevant literature. Under the guidance of modern educational theory, I designed the multiple evaluation system on the basis of Modern Educational Technology, and then devised multiple evaluation programs by the system. By put into teaching practice, I analyzed the effects and problems to find the best way to applying multiple evaluation for culturing the normal students'professional capacity.The main contents of this thesis are as follows.The first chapter is the introduction. First, this paper describes the research back- ground, the significance and the research status at home and abroad, then clarifies the research object, the content and research methodologies of this paper.Chapter II of the text defines the key concepts involved arranges the relevant the-ory and clears these theories'guiding role for this study. Then I construct the multiple evaluation system of the basic course of Modern Educational Technology from the objectives, contents, methods and subject of evaluation.In Chapter III and Chapter IV, I devise the multiple evaluation programs of Teachers'Foundation in Information Technology and Informatization Teaching and implement them. In the implementation of investigating some students and teachers, I verify their effectiveness and find the problems in the process. At last, I propose some relational suggestions.Chapters V summarize the research, reflect the shortcomings in the study and propose the next research step.
