Theory Research And Teaching Experiment About The Layer Teaching Of High School Music Appreciation Class

The new curriculum reform put forward new idea of developing into the foundation with students and pay attention to all-round development of the students in order that all students may obtain better development.The class is the main channel and position of education for all-around development and has an important effect on new curriculum reform.Long-term since,in senior high school music teaching due to the bondage of class teaching system in teaching, teachers rarely attend to the differences of all students'individual character development, and adopted the same way which caused that tops did not have enough to eat, difference could not eat and medium raw rad.As a result layered teaching came into being according to the new idea. Lamination teaching, for all the students in class is the actual learning level and physical characteristics to their aptitude.Lecturing the same teaching content, teachers should start with all the students of different levels of knowledge and ability to accept and put forward a best request which suits themselves to different students with teaching in width and depth of the corresponding several levels.Turn our face to all the students to enhance the students' overall quality,promoting each student in the most suitable learning environment and getting teaching activities the best development.Layered teaching is facing each student, make every student in recent development zone,with learning theory, teaching form the theory of optimum and the humanistic theory,fully respect the students'individuality and subjectivity,which helps to face every student and improve teaching quality and as is an important means to promote the quality education.Aiming at teaching characteristics of the high school music appreciation class, on the basis of relevant layer teaching theory,through layer teaching and high school music new curriculum standard, the relationship between the layer teaching strategies and the value of high school music layer teaching, I have chosen two classes (that in comparative classes and workshops music appreciation class) as the object of the layer teaching experiment. In the concrete operation, combined with the team teaching and stratified by"the grouping of heterogeneous"in the group on the principle of mutual learning layered through the students' self layering and teachers coordination.In the teaching process,"For the horseshoe combination"classroom teaching form,according to the teaching objectives,tasks and different cognition characteristics of students,choose different teaching organization sequence: stratified mutual organization sequence when each group has the same music learning tasks; there are the same music teaching contents in groups but each level has different learning tasks. In the teaching of effective organization, optimizing teaching pattern and structure makes the function of the layer teaching system maximize.Finally in the process of evaluation, process evaluation and students'self-assessment apply to the evaluation of the students to give full play to incentive mechanism of the evaluation and let the student in the music to enjoy the pleasure of success, so confident.After a semester contrast experiment in two classes proves pursuing layered teaching in kindergarten teaching is feasible in the background of new curriculum reform.
