| Secondary vocational education, as an important component part of education system in China, in the thirty years of development, has trained a great number of basic and skilled talents since Reform and Opening. At present, it has made great achievements, while it still has a lot of problems. The author studies the trace of the thirty's development as a starting point to start the study.Firstly, study gives a general description of the developing history of secondary vocational education in China since Reform and Opening. And its purpose is to demonstrate the developing trace of secondary vocational education in the past thirty years. The whole developing trace can be divided into four stages: reestablishment and recovery stage; improving reform in every aspect stage; promoting regularization and legalization stage; institutional innovation and mechanism optimization stage.Secondly, the thesis summarizes experiences gained in the development of secondary vocational education over the past thirty years: Secondary vocational education must meet the needs of the market; Strengthening effective leadership and intensifying the efforts are important leverage; We must boost all available efforts to develop secondary vocational education; Cooperation between industry and school is an effective method of improving the quality; We must administer education according to law to promote its orderly development.Thirdly, the thesis analyzes the lessons: The unfavorable conditions of source of students becomes the bottleneck of increasing levels; The quantity and quality of teachers are important factors of influencing the quality of vocational education; Ineffective implementation of cooperative system causes inactive cooperative attitude between enterprise and school; Low rate of returns for education demands prompt solution.Lastly, on the basis of the above study, I think deeply about the choice of the development of secondary vocational education in the future, and offer suggestions: Improve the conditions of source of students by regulating policies, propaganda and indoctrination; Nurture and improve our faculty; Build the ensurance system to promote cooperation between enterprise and school; Found new mechanism of funds input in education. |
