A paper is divided into nine parts. The first part is introduction, in which we can learn that reason of selected a paper, purpose and significance, concept in the paper .To summarize the existing research results and research deficiencies through sort out supply policy of teacher in rural areas research literature on France, Japan, the United States, Taiwan, South Korea, China. And propose assumption that it will has a positive impact on the supply of rural teachers and rural teachers supply a positive correlation of net income to lower the entry cost of rural teachers and in-service costs, increase revenue or to meet the teacher in-service teacher preference of stability. That is to say , there are more teachers willing to work in the rural primary school and secondary school, if government give higher net income and stable job for rural teachers.The second part of a paper is about U.S. teacher in rural areas supply policy on the cost of compensation for rural teachers pre-service revenue, service cost recovery policy, respectively, from the federal government, state governments, non-profit organizations.The third part of a paper is on Japanese teachers who works in rural areas supply policy, respectively, the compensation policy of pre-service, job income policy,the cost of compensation policies of service. Research on Japan's compensation policy for pre-service of rural teacher, mainly relate to the cost of compensation for Teacher Induction Training Policy. Research on income of Japan's rural teacher policy main concern is the appointment of teachers and identity system, wage system, remote areas allowance policy, the rural school facilities and configuration policies. Research on Japan's compensation policy for rural teacher in-service costs is mainly concerned about the Continuing education policy of compensation and education funding time security policies.The fourth part of a paper is on the Republic of Korea pre-cost recovery of rural teachers, in-service benefits, in-service cost sharing policy research. Research on compensation policy of pre-service costs is target training policies in Korea, Trainee teachers' salary policy. Research on policy of the Republic of Korea teacher's working income is about , respectively, the identity system for appointment of teachers, the wage system, remote area allowances, benefits from the community of teachers, family members of teachers and their children to receive government or other organizations to provide treatment of measures. Research on policy of compensation costs in-service is mainly about Continuing education sharing cost policy and Continuing education sharing time policy.The fifth part of a paper is about supply policy of teacher in rural areas in French, in which meanly study the cost of the compensation policy pre-service and revenue in-service policy, service cost-sharing policy. Research on French rural areas teacher policy of pre- service compensation costs, the main concern is the State subsidy policy for the student who accesses to before the Institute of Teacher Education in France, policy of student grants during the Institute of Education, treatment policy during the internship. Research on policy of revenue for the teacher in rural areas mainly focuses on the appointment of teachers and the identity policy, wage system, allowance policy for teacher who works in difficulties school district. Research on compensation policy of rural areas Teacher's cost in-service mainly focused on the cost of compensation for teacher training cost and job training time compensation policy.The sixth part of a paper is about supply policy of rural area's teachers in Taiwan,in which meanly study the compensation policy of pre-service cost, income policy in service, the cost of compensation policy in- service. Research on the compensation policy of pre-service cost mainly focused on public funding for normal students in Taiwan and recommended policy of normal students, student teacher subsidies. Research on policy of rural areas teacher's come in Taiwan, the main concern is policy of employment and the status of teachers in Taiwan, rural areas teacher's wage system, allowance system for rural areas teacher, system of teacher's certification replacement.The seventh part of a paper is about supply policy of teacher in rural areas in china, in which meanly study the compensation policy of cost connected pre-service and revenue in-service policy, service cost-sharing policy, which is divided into central, provincial.Research on central government compensation policy of pre-service cost about teacher in rural areas,primarily focus on support policy for teacher students practice, free Normal subordinates education policy, compensation policy of student loans. Research on compensation policy about pre-service teacher in rural areas ,which is formulated by the provincial,mainly on the orientation training, student loans forgiven, refund policy of the entry.Research on cost compensation policy of China's rural primary school and secondary school in-service, respectively, both from the central and provincial levels, mainly focus on education funding policy of compensation and relief in addition, study time security policy.Research on income policy of Teacher in rural areas which is formulated by central government, mainly focus on teacher's vacation system, wage system, subsidies for special area teacher, housing policy, continuing education, services, employment policy when service contract is expired. Research on the provincial-level income policy of teacher in rural, focus mainly on variable policy for rural teacher salaries, teacher grants, continuing education, job classification, employment, housing policy .The eighth part of a paper is comparison about policy of the rural teachers supply among United States, Japan, France, the Republic of Korea Taiwan, China, from the pre-service cost of compensation, job benefits policy, compensation policy for in-service cost. The study of the country or region comparison of policies for rural teachers in-service benefits, Comparison mainly for the appointment of teachers and identity management, payroll system, rural teachers allowances, family benefits, housing policy, development gains, exempt a person certain legal obligations policy。Comparing the cost in-service of compensation policy, mainly for time compensation policy of further study and cost-sharing policy of continue study.The ninth part of a paper is about inspiration from comparison and make recommendations on modify compensation policy of pre-service cost for rural teachers , formulate the compensation policy for the families of rural teachers, move up the financial turnover housing supply for rural teachers, Establish teacher mobility system and Recruitment of rural area's teachers from Community where university graduate live.
