The new curriculum reform is put forward to overcome the phenomenon that students are lack of creative ability. The new curriculum standard of high school sets forth some requirements for mathematic modeling which is an important way to cultivate students' creative and practice ability. In recent years mathematic modeling has been applied to mathematic teaching and learning. This paper mainly focuses on the implementation of mathematic modeling. In chapter one, the author illustrates the background and the current researches about mathematic modeling at home and abroad. In chapter two, through statistics about mathematic application and modeling in A textbooks, the author shows that the new curriculum standard pays more attention to mathematic modeling. Through some questionnaire, the third chapter verifies that since the new curriculum standard is carried out students' applying ability has been improved, but there are still some students who don't know what mathematic modeling is. The awareness of putting mathematics into practice and their ability to construct the mathematical model still need to be improved, and real sense of mathematical modeling teaching enforcement is deficient .In the fourth chapter, the author lets students have a test by doing recent two years'mathematic papers of the college entrance examination. The result is that students are good at resolving the problems which is close to their lives and they have a good ability to perceive and solve them, students' ability and puzzles examines the topic is also increases. However, they are poor at some open questions and they lose marks because of their nonstandard expression. The fifth chapter analyzes mathematic papers of the college entrance examination in recent three years. It shows that in most provinces and cities the proportion of practice questions is more than 15%. Mathematic modeling pays more attention to student's abilities of reading and perceiving. Mathematical modeling is related to nearly every aspect and it is close to students'life, but a few provinces still don't attach enough importance to mathematical modeling. The sixth chapter analyzes two typical mathematical modeling teaching cases, which indicates that in classroom mathematical modeling is mainly carried out in forms of application questions and the mathematic modeling project. In general, mathematical modeling teaching has made some achievements under new curriculum standards, but this has not met the need of the new curriculum standard yet.
