Campus Cultural Perspective Creative Quality Of College Students

The General Secretary Hu Jintao made it clear that improving the capability of innovation independently and building innovation-oriented country was an important strategic task on National Science and Technology General Assembly in January, 2006. The Seventeenth Report of the Communist Party also pointed that enhancing the capability of innovation independently and building an innovative country were the core of national development strategies and the key to enhancing the overall national strength. Needless to say, the steps of enhancing independent innovative capability comprehensively has been to the national strategic level, a national will. In the process of building an innovative country, innovation cultural development and innovative talents training has been become an important part of this process. And colleges and universities which are the source of campus cultural and the main base of innovative talents training, naturally become the best combination of the two bases. It is obvious that the study of how to develop the creative ability of students in the horizon of the campus culture is an important issue, so the results of this study will have the appropriate theoretical and practical significance.This study from the overview of campus culture and the meaning of innovative quality training analyzes the content, structure, function of the campus culture and the composition of university students'creative quality. It also elaborates the necessity and urgency of the innovation quality training of the students and it's influences. On this basis, the paper reviews the characteristics and experiences of innovation quality training of foreign students and selects some domestic famous universities to make some questionnaires. Through a survey of more than a year, the paper analyzes the problems of our campus culture construction in students'innovation quality training. Such as lack of financial investment, limiting innovation and personnel training program implementation ; educational philosophy is not conducive to innovation , lack of spiritual and cultural construction; teaching management system behind, hinder the development of innovative potential of teachers and students; lack of scientific concept of community building, effectiveness is not so good reasons.Based on the analysis of the problem, we propose the mode of campus culture construction as a carrier for cultivating creative quality of the students that is reinforcing the material and cultural development, and providing the material support on the innovation quality training for college students; updating the concept of education, establishing the spirit culture fit for innovating; improving the institutional culture construction, providing a strong external force on the innovation quality training for the university students; riching behavior cultural, enhancing the effectiveness of students'innovative quality.
