The Study Of The Innovation Quality Training Of College Students Based On Campus Culture Construction

Competition among countries is mainly reflected in the competition for innovative talents with innovative quality.Colleges and universities are the birthplace of cultivating innovative talents.In order to cultivate the innovative quality of innovative talents,colleges and universities should shoulder the heavy responsibility.The construction of campus culture with innovative features is an important aspect of training creative talents,and it also exerts a subtle influence on the cultivation of College Students' innovative quality.Therefore,it is necessary to study the cultivation of College Students' innovative quality based on the construction of campus culture in the new period of the national vigorously promoting "public entrepreneurship,people's innovation".The thesis focuses on the role of campus culture in cultivating college students' innovative quality,and puts forward their own views.The thesis consists of five chapters.It mainly expounds the background and significance of the topic,analyzes the research situation at home and abroad,and puts forward the research ideas.The second chapter is an overview of the basic theory of College Students' innovative quality.This part introduces the connotation and structure of College Students' innovative quality.The third chapter is about the effect of campus culture on the cultivation of innovative quality.It mainly analyzes the connotation and function of campus culture and the effect of campus culture on the cultivation of innovative quality.The fourth chapter for the conclusion of the study to carry out the investigation,obtain the relevant data,through the data analysis of the current situation of the cultivation of innovative quality,summed up the construction of campus culture of College Students Innovation Quality Cultivation Based on the existing problems,such as innovation oriented campus spiritual culture is not strong;the campus material culture innovation;campus culture system innovation not all;innovation campus behavior culture is not much.The fifth chapter is about the cultivation of College Students' innovative quality based on the construction of campus culture.On the basis of the existing problems,this paper puts forward the specific measures for the cultivation of innovative quality from four aspects:spiritual culture,material culture,system culture and behavior culture.First,strengthen the construction of campus spiritual culture for college students to provide guidance for innovation quality training;second,improve the campus material culture construction,innovation quality training for college students to create conditions;third,improve the campus culture system for cultivating students' innovative quality to build a platform;fourth,enrich the campus behavior culture construction,innovation quality training for college students to broaden the channels.This paper from the perspective of campus culture to explore the path of promoting and methods of cultivating students' innovative quality,different from education and entrepreneurship education and practice innovation courses,has the advantages of goodeffect,subtle,too,has certain innovation significance.
