With the development of market economy, people's life and consumption has been improved in varying degrees. Consumption which the premise and condition of human's existence and development is much more obvious in the socio-economic and culture. Contemporary poor students as a special group of social consumption, their consumption behavior, consumer attitudes, consumer psychology all their life, values, world formation and development of far-reaching impact. Consumption of poor students of contemporary psychology has undergone significant changes; their moral status of reassuring the consumer is also a cause for concern. In this study, questionnaire, interview, based on the description of poor students the positive aspects of consumption and psychological problems caused by the negative aspects, as well as ideological and political education from the perspective of consumer psychology students study and solve the poverty problem.Consumer problems caused by the negative aspects of psychology. Irrational consumption has gradually increased, mindless consumption, consumer psychological immaturity, not a reasonable regulation of their consumption, consumer psychology insecure poor students, an increasing pressure on consumer psychology. Finally, that effectively improve the poor mental state college students to change the level of consumption, the poor college students to strengthen the ideological and political education, on the one hand to open up more channels, lines need to find resources; the other hand, the "Eight Honors and Eight Shames"education as the breakthrough point, and strengthen labor education; to building a harmonious society as a foothold to strengthen the solidarity of education; to self-reliance as the goal point, strengthening of independent education.
