| Vocational education is an important part of modern education, and the important basis of national economic and social development. Compared to normal education, the particularity of vocational education cultivation target puts forward higher request of vocational education teachers. How to improve the training mode of vocational education teachers, and build a high-quality faculty is an important subject facing China's vocational education field.As a professional education powers, after years of development, Germany has formed a comprehensive training system of vocational education staff. There are many favorable experiences worth using for reference. This paper introduces in detail the German latest vocational education teachers training system after the 2009 reform. Taking Magdeburg University as an example, this paper focus in detail on the vocational education teacher's professionalization from the aspect of admission requirement, major structure and curriculum setting. Combined with specific cases, the paper made thoroughly study on such stages as internships, state exams and on-the-job training. Based on that, the experience and characteristics of German vocational education teachers training system are summarized.After years of effort, China's vocational education teachers training system has been basically established. The paper summarizes on the current situation of China's vocational education teachers training, and also the problems involved. Then through combining Germany advanced experience with China's national conditions, the paper put forward relevant countermeasures to improve our vocational education teachers team, hoping for inspiring China's vocational education teachers training. |
