Research On Professional Construction Of Counselors In Medical College

College instructors are the backbone of the ideological and political education for college students, who are attached more and more importance due to their peculiar and important work. The Party and the government take the enhancing the instructor team construction as very important work of higher education, and it has been a hot academic research topic how to enhance the team construction. Investigations show that such problems exist in the team of college instructors in China as unstable staff, low staff quality and unimplemented preferential policies, etc., influencing the team construction and development. In recent years with the deepening of relevant theoretical research promoting specialization construction has become the principal direction of solving existing problems.Due to the particular specialty setup and curriculum system of medical colleges and high requirements in professional and moral qualities of practitioners in health field, the ideological and political education for medical students is facing more challenges. Therefore, it is of great importance theoretically and practically to research the instructor team construction in medical colleges. In this article, the development of the instructor system of China is reviewed; the present situation, problems and causes of the instructor team in medical colleges are analyzed. Aiming at the particularity in cultivation target, curriculum setup, student situation of medical colleges, characteristics and difficulties of instructors'work and the special requirements to instructors in medical colleges are analyzed and summarized, and countermeasures of specialization construction are discussed. It is proposed that specialization construction of instructor team construction in medical colleges should be promoted in such four aspects as safeguard mechanism, promoting mechanism, strengthening mechanism, and supplementing system.
