Private College Counselors’ Professional Construction Research

With the development of society, talents training target, profound changes havetaken place in the pattern. For the high school teachers and the management team is animportant part of College Students’ Ideological and political education, the backboneforce, college students’ daily ideological and political education and managementwork of the organizers, the implementation and the instructor of the UniversityCounselors’ quality and ability to put new demands and challenges. Especially theprivate college counselors only continue to improve their professional quality andability, have a high professional level, to adapt to the new situation and requirements.This study is based on "private professional college counselors", according to thesocial division of labor theory and management, education on the theory, the use ofliterature study, questionnaire survey and comparative analysis, drawing on someforeign management theory and experience, first professional counselors by themeaning of private universities and private research universities counselors explainedthe need for specialized construction, proposed private college counselorsprofessional standards and requirements, and analysis of China’s construction ofprivate professional college counselors status, problems and the plight of professionaldevelopment, professional counselor concludes the construction of private collegesand universities path selection.
