Preliminary Exploration On Development Of Specialization Of Instructors In Colleges And Universities

College students are important human resources on social development and the training of these students is gradually causing public concern in all social sectors. With rapid development of reform and opening up as well as socialist modernization construction, college students’ ideological and political work as well as their routine and management work is facing new challenges. Universities are important carriers to educate college students while counselors’team in college is the directors on the ideological and political work and is also the managers of college students’daily life. The professional construction of counselor team directly affects these students’health and growth. Improving the professional construction of the counselor team is the Long-Effect mechanism and necessary guarantee to strengthen the university student’ ideological, political and educational work and enhance the ability of their daily management.On the perspective of college counselors’profession theories’provision and practice, this paper analyzes its background and practical principles from college counselors’work. With the problems of college counselors’professional development as a starting point, this paper analyzes these problems causes. On this basis, this paper also offers feasible measures on the problem of college counselors’professional development.This paper consists of four parts whose basic logic shows as followings:The first part describes reason of this selected topic, analyzes the current domestic and international situation, presents research purpose, research significance, research thoughts and research methods.The second part introduces historical evolution of college counselor system settings which is from the stage of exploration and accumulation, the stage of standardized development and the stage of stability and its perfection. Meanwhile, this part also analyzes the background of college counselors’ professional theorization and the practical principles of college counselors’work.As the starting point of the development and present situation on college counselors’team, the third part analyzes the team’s existing problems. Moreover, this paper also analyzes the reasons of these problems, for example, the job of college counselors" team lacks professional development orientation which leads to this teams’instability; it lacks independent and professional cultivation mechanism which restricts teams development; the poor capability of professional spirit and professional theory results in lacking teams’professional dedication and multi-level management and unprofessional training restricts professional development of college counselors’team.The forth part explains the measures on professional college counselors’development, analyzes its systematic construction, strengthens these counselors’self-development consciousness, plays an important role in school education carrier which is the key point of counselors’ professional construction, analyzes the significance of constructing counselors" training and training system on counselors’ professional construction and practical method of counselors’professional training.
