Mitochondria are the places provide energy movement in the mitochondria, within the way by oxidative phosphorylation of the energy stored energy material for chemical conversion (ATP), in order to meet the needs of the body. This study used to rat exogenous added ferrous sulfate with sports training for experimental model, using the physiology and biochemistry of the theory and method of rats, skeletal muscle enzyme activity and mitochondrial respiratory chain radicals metabolism indicators analyzed statistical research through the sports training and supplement of ferrous sulfate rats to the respiratory chain enzymes and free radicals metabolism, through the study, hope for the workers provide relevant theoretical basis.Method of experimental and object:Five weeks Wistar rats 60 healthy male, weight, adaptability is 100 gold in two angels to feed animals ran machine room environment and the animals. Compared with the sport group, s. m., MDA content in rats, increased (P < 0.001), L rats, MDA content was increased (P < 0.05), S, M rats SOD increased (P < 0.001), L rats SOD reduce (P < 0.001). S, M rats, GSH - PX activity increased (P < 0.001), L rats, GSH - PX activity (P < 0.001). The experimental results:1.Rats running in Taiwan to exhaustion once in a relatively short time, long-term endurance sports training and supplement of ferrous sulfate could significantly prolong rats running platform to exhaustion once time, improve the body's ability to exercise.2.Added ferrous sulfate plus exercise training can make rats skeletal mitochondrial enzyme Câ… - Câ…¢activity to improve, but the activity of Câ…£. Through the complement of ferrous sulfate could accelerate oxidative phosphorylation process, and provide favorable conditions for the body to synthesize ATP, improve the level of function.3.Through the complement of ferrous sulfate plus exercise training is the content of MDA skeletal rats, mitochondria, GSH-PX,SOD activity.
